Our client is an established global leader in the industrial automation space and we are currently seeking an experience Customer Service/Logistics Manager to lead a team of 3 executives, in customer support and logistics functions across SEA region.

about the job

Manage order processing, shipment coordination, invoicing while ensuring service excellence.
Resolve any customers issues, complaints, and coordinate with global teams on technical queries, warranties and certifications.
Maintain strong relationships to align service expectations and support.
Review structure, drive efficency, and ensure complaince with company policies and quality standards.

skills and experience required

Min. 7 years of experience in order management and logistics coordination, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
Degree/Diploma in Business or Supply Chain related discipline.
SAP knowledge is required
