Regional Program Manager – Industrial Solutions (APAC)

About the Role

Our client is a leading global industrial automation solutions provider, specialized in providing customized energy management capabilities to drive product optimization in Material Handling automation and beyond. The company has a significant presence in Singapore and globally in terms of its reputable market position by means of providing a comprehensive range of products, systems, and services to help businesses manage their the automated facilities in Asia Pacific region and beyond.

They are looking to hire a Regional Program Manager to drive the success of their Energy Management/ customized Power Solutions. This role would be a Subject Matter Expert who is the critical point of contact for both internal and external customers needs, striving to achieve maximized customer satisfaction by shaping the regional product strategy in line with global R&D standards, as well as ensuring strong alignment between the global product management team and the local sales teams across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the regional product champion for Energy Management/ related Power Solutions, ensuring portfolio competitiveness and relevance in the APAC markets
• Collaborate closely with the Global Product Management team to adapt global strategies into actionable regional initiatives.
• Partner with regional sales teams to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends, translating insights into product development and positioning strategies.
• Lead product launches, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management activities across APAC.
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, customers, and channel partners.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market developments to strengthen our regional positioning.
• Drive business cases, profitability analysis, and product roadmaps in line with regional growth objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Technical solutioning, ideally familiar with applications such as Energy storage, E-mobility, Lead Acid or Lithium Ion technology etc
• Strong understanding of the APAC material handling and industrial equipment landscape would be a bonus.
• Proven track record of working in matrix organizations with global and regional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel across the region
