Job Description

Assist in managing daily computer operations, ensuring systems are running optimally and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of IT operations.
Analyze system performance to determine data quality and to isolate and troubleshoot system software and hardware failures.
Install all computer equipment including POS network, computer services hub and network, and phone, data and fax integration.
Update new IP address in the DNS table.
Mange to the accounts software
Maintain the customer database management system
Have to be good exprience in the solidworks and revit
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure systems maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting are performed according to best practices.
Monitor system performance and generate reports to inform stakeholders about operational efficiency and areas for improvement.
Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
