Position: Computer Operations and Network Manager
Salary Range: SGD $3,600 - $4,500

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including system administration and network management.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Provide IT support and training to employees on technical systems.
- Plan and manage system upgrades, backups, and recovery procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or network management.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking systems, and cybersecurity practices.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
