IT Operations Manager

. Must have minimum of 5-8 years of managing IT operations experience.

. Technical Skills on IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and cloud management.

. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the services support, so some familiarity with assessing and improving processes is vital.

. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

. Requires excellent problem-solving skills

. Able to effectively manage IT personnel and set priorities.

. Preferably ITV3 certified.
