We are looking for a warm, service-oriented individual to join our Front of House team. Our exclusive Club is located steps away from Raffles Place MRT station. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our members and guests in a refined club environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet members and their guests upon arrival at the Club.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to members or guests feedback, requests, and inquiries.
- Attend to emails, mobile inquiries, and reservations ensure all member and guest needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Always maintain high service standards, handling situations with discretion and professionalism within Club guidelines.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Front of House, including overall cleanliness and readiness of the Club.
- Assist in the coordination and on-site registration of Club events and activities.
- Prepare and send event announcements, and assist with event pre-arrangements and logistics.
- Display a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and well-groomed appearance.
- Communicate effectively and strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Enjoy talking to people and making HNW friends.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or private members club environment will be an advantage
What we offer:
- 5-days work week.
- Weekly one weekday and Sunday off. Public holidays off as well. However, work maybe required when occasional events fall on Sunday or public holiday.
