Job Summary
We are a GP clinic seeking part-time clinic assistants who are caring, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting patient care.
Hours:
Part-time : Night clinic
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient service
- Answer phone calls promptly and provide clear, helpful responses to patient inquiries
- Register patients accurately and process payments efficiently
- Process claims for government schemes and TPA insurance to support patient billing
- Dispense medications following clinic protocols to ensure patient safety
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures and provide chaperone support as needed
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop procedural skills and clinical knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic environment to support hygiene standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Nursing background or previous clinic experience to enhance patient care support
- Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking patients
$12/hour
