Job Summary
You will support clinic operations by registering patients, dispensing medicine, managing patient records, and assisting during consultations. You will handle patient enquiries across multiple channels and manage insurance claims through online portals.
Responsibilities
- Register patients accurately and dispense medicine following clinic protocols
- Respond promptly to patient enquiries via phone calls, SMS, and email to provide clear information and assistance
- Accompany patients during consultations to support smooth clinical processes
- Organize and file patient records and reports to maintain up-to-date documentation
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow
- Manage online insurance portals to process medical claims accurately and timely
- Monitor clinic stock levels, replenish supplies, and place orders to ensure availability
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support clinic operations
Required competencies and certifications
- At least 1 year of experience in patient care, medication dispensing, and using SG IMED Software
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to assist diverse patients
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members professionally
- Demonstrated responsibility, responsiveness, and teamwork in a healthcare setting
- Customer service orientation to enhance patient experience
Other Information
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm and 2:00pm-5:00pm (5-day work week)
- Salary range: $2,500 to $2,800 per month, depending on experience
- Benefits include 13th month salary, overtime pay, performance bonus, and employee discount
