What will be the scope of work

1. Address to enquiries over calls, emails and whatsapp.

2. Provide personalized service for in-clinic patient including appointment planning, registration, dispensing of medications and billings.

3. Provide quality patient care through patient education and assisting doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures.

4. Multi-task administrative duties like inquiries handling and stock taking.
