Responsibilities
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding information related to KYC/AML reviews
- Review and verify customer information for accuracy and completeness
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support via phone or email
- Support documentation and administrative tasks in line with internal policies
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely case completion
- Track and follow up on cases to meet required timelines
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes and workflows
