Responsibilities
- Create detailed construction schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop method statements and conduct risk assessments to manage construction activities safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to coordinate work processes and inspection procedures for seamless project flow
- Attend stakeholder meetings to provide clear and regular project updates
- Manage project reports, documentation, and meeting records to maintain accurate project tracking
- Identify and resolve technical and engineering challenges to maintain project progress
- Ensure projects comply with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards
- Commit to additional working hours, including weekends during peak periods, to meet project deadlines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Civil or Site Engineer
- Experience with LTA infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in foundation, structural, ERSS, and viaduct projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD for project documentation
