Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and manage key project documents such as schedules, progress reports, and variation orders.
  • Monitor project progress, perform quantity tracking, and assist in cost control and forecasting.
  • Liaise with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
  • Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in site inspections, quality reviews, and project meetings.
  • Support procurement activities, material tracking, and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination or engineering within the construction field.
  • Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Good to have Safety certification.
