Project Engineer

• Liaise with client/contractor/sub-contractors on project related matters to ensure to smooth execution of site work.
• Supervision and tracking of sub-contractors work and update progress to Project Manager.
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-subcontractors for arrangement of materials, equipment, tools and other sub-contracting work activities.
• Proficient in the interpretation of construction drawings typically MEP.
• Ensure the installation works are done according to approved shop drawings, method statements, Project Quality Plan, Project Specifications and relevant standards.
• Assist Site / Project Manager in handling and monitoring the project progress.
• Ensure that only latest version of documents (contract specifications, approved drawings, materials submittal, method statement and risk assessment) are accessible at the point of use.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 2 years experience in project execution (Greenfield Project), either part of Main Con M&E team or Sub contractor project team.
