Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director

Role Description

This part-time, on-site role is based in Singapore and is suited for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director who will lead the financial strategy and oversee day-to-day financial operations. Responsibilities include managing financial planning, overseeing financial reporting and statements, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance. The role requires a proactive approach to ensuring effective budget management, forecasting, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance operations
• Strong expertise in creating and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to make data-driven decisions
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities in financial oversight
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are desirable
• Experience with financial governance, compliance, and risk management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
