Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director, based in Singapore with opportunities for remote work. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role involves providing strategic financial guidance, monitoring budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making and drive sustainable business growth.

• Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance principles and concepts
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting complex financial data
• Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA certification is a plus)
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
