Job Description

  • Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction:Greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and make personalized menu recommendations.
  • Order Management:Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate them to the kitchen staff, and ensure they are prepared correctly.
  • Service Delivery:Serve food and beverages to tables promptly and courteously, ensuring correct placement and presentation.
  • Table Maintenance:Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses, and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.

  • Customer Service Skills:Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and provide excellent service.
