JOB DESCRIPTION -F&B CAPTAIN

Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible for meeting service standards in the assigned outlet.

Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

. Supervise service personnel and ensure meeting of service and grooming standards.

. Monitor workflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.

. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery of food.

. Oversee condition of seating premises.

. Assist in conducting training for service staff when required to improve service standards.

. Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
