The F&B Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program to gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of food and beverage operations. The role is designed to prepare the trainee for future supervisory or managerial positions within the department.
- Assist in daily operations across all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, banqueting, room service).
- Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Participate in rotational training and complete all assigned modules.
- Learn and apply company standards, service procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Interact with guests and handle feedback professionally.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and stock management.
- Prepare basic operational and sales reports when required.
- Support supervisors and managers in daily tasks and leadership responsibilities.
- Contribute ideas to improve service and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Strong passion for the F&B industry and willingness to learn.
