Job Description
- Daily production of bread/pastry products in accordance with specifications from recipes
- Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
- Assist Production Manager, Pastry Chef/Head Baker and Assistant Pastry Chef/Head Baker in ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, and adhering to production workflow
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements
- Certificate in Baking/Pastry Skills or its equivalent
- Preferably 1 year supervisory experience in a Bakery/Pastry Kitchen
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
