Business Development Manager (B2B)
We are expanding our B2B project portfolio in Singapore and are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager who thrives on closing deals and building long-term partnerships.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities within Singapore's commercial sector.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with project management firms and corporate clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract signing.
Project Sales & Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals.
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities to drive growth.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of B2B project sales experience in Singapore.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience in commercial fit-out, office furniture, interior solutions, or related industries is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to engage regional and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
