Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Singapore. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and identifying market trends. The role also involves creating sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and creating growth strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the hydraulic components or industrial manufacturing sector is a plus.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new project developments (e.g., FPSO conversions, offshore wind, new vessel builds) to position the company effectively.
Proven experience in business development or sales within the marine, offshore, or shipping industry
Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and strategic planning.
Ability to work on-site in Singapore and travel as needed for business opportunities.
Proficiency in business management tools and CRM systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting to meet sales targets.
