Business Development Manager (B2B)

We are expanding our B2B project portfolio in Singapore and are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager who thrives on closing deals and building long-term partnerships.

If you enjoy identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and turning relationships into revenue this role is built for you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new project opportunities within Singapore's commercial sector.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with project management firms and corporate clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract signing.

Project Sales & Negotiation

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities to drive growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B project sales experience in Singapore.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in commercial fit-out, office furniture, interior solutions, or related industries is advantageous.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to engage regional and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Candidates requiring work pass sponsorship will not be considered.
