Business Development Manager

Tea Therapy Singapore is looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development Manager to expand our market presence through strategic partnerships, experiential pop-ups, interactive workshops, and retail consignment channels.
This position is supported under CCP, providing up to 6 months of On-the-job Training to help eligible mid-career professinoals transition smoothly into this role.

Key responsibilites:
. Lead market development initiatives by identifying and securing venues/partners for pop-ups, events, brand activations and creative workshops.
. Actively represent brand's on-site during events and pop-ups, engaging customers, demonstrating and tea sampling, and converting leads to sales.
. Pitch, negotiate, and establish retail consignment and wholesale partnerships with boutiques, lifestyle retailers, and potential collaborations.

Working Arrangement:
. Must be willing and able to work on weekends and public holidays to run activations, events and workshops.
. Weekday off-in-lieu will be granted for weekend duties in accordingly.

You must be:
. Highly energetic, self-motivated, hands-on and comfortable being front-facing and active on all kinds of events.
. Excellent communication skills, networking, negotiation, and presentable skills and very pro-active
. Self-driven, organized and detailed.
