Job Responsibilities
Achieve Advertising Spend Targets: Drive client advertising spend across major platforms, including Google, Facebook (FB), and TikTok (TK), to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Identify and acquire new direct clients and channel partners, managing the fullsales process from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation andcontract signing.

Client relationships management, identify opportunities to increase advertisingbudgets, and grow revenue from existing accounts.

Negotiate pricing, service fees, and contract terms to secure profitablebusiness deals while maintaining client satisfaction.

Work with internal teams to ensure timely payments, accurate invoicing, andsmooth contract execution. Resolve client issues promptly to maintainsatisfaction and retention.

Keep up with industry developments, competitor activities,and advertising platform updates to identify business opportunities andrecommend improvements.

Job Requirements
At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in the digitaladvertising industry. Experience with direct clients in the gaming or mobileapp sectors is preferred.

Strong working relationships with at least one major advertising platform, suchas Google, Facebook, or TikTok, and an established network of clients orchannel partners.

Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full salescycle independently, from client acquisition to contract signing.

Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign delivery, andbilling models.

Results-driven, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in afast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for preparing business proposals.
