We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across ASEAN's fast-evolving energy and electrification market.
The role will focus on high-power DC, programmable power, and advanced test solutions across key sectors including:
. Battery and BMS technologies
. Power electronics and inverters
. Automotive electrification
. Renewable energy and grid simulation
. AI server power and data centres
. Defence electrification
What we're looking for:
. 4+ years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or technical solution sales
. Strong knowledge of batteries, power electronics, automotive, or energy applications
. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
. Proven ability to develop new accounts, manage strategic customers, and drive complex sales opportunities
. Strong commercial and technical stakeholder engagement skills
Candidates with relevant leadership experience may also be considered for a Team Lead position.
