Job Description

  • Korean MNC
  • Basic from $5,000 to $6,000
  • AWS + Bonus + Transport and Mobile allowance
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Location: Promenade

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies across Singapore and the SEA region, with a strong focus on the data centre sector.
  • Identify target market segments and formulate strategic business plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end users, consultants, EPC contractors, government agencies, and other industry partners.
  • Expand the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities and strategic projects.
  • Secure vendor and approved supplier listings with targeted customers and organizations.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities for assigned projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and enhance products and solutions based on customer and market requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide business insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the SEA market.
  • Experience in the data centre industry is highly preferred, particularly with electrical systems, prefabricated substations, UPS, or related power infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of one or more of the following industries: Data centres, Utilities, Buildings, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Renewable Energy, or Infrastructure.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working on project-based sales or with engineering consultancies will be an advantage.
