APAC Business Development Manager

Singapore or Hong Kong | Remote | Digital Asset Infrastructure

Our client is an American digital asset infrastructure. As the business continues to expand in APAC, the company is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive top-of-funnel growth by generating leads and driving strategic partnerships across Greater China and Southeast Asia.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales experience within fintech, payments, banking, RegTech, blockchain, or digital assets.
• Experience selling to or partnering with banks, payment service providers, fintechs, or other financial institutions.
• Good understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, digital asset infrastructure, or Web3 (technical expertise not required).
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound business development and navigating complex enterprise organisations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required as this role regularly communicates with clients and business partners across Greater China and Chinese-speaking markets in Southeast Asia where Mandarin is the primary business language.
