Job Description

The role is responsible for driving business development within the Hospitality vertical, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, including Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies targeting hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and other hospitality establishments.

  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders-including property owners, managers, consultants, system integrators, and end-users-to promote advanced digital access control and security solutions.

  • Generate B2B sales with both new and existing clients across the hospitality sector.

  • Deeply understand client requirements to propose suitable smart access, locking, and locker systems.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular outreach, client meetings, and consistent follow-ups.

  • Manage and maintain accurate daily progress updates, pipeline data, and account information within the company's CRM platform.

  • Create and execute targeted sales plans, including unit, revenue, and cost objectives.

  • Proactively research, map, and develop a strong prospect list within the regional hospitality market.

  • Nurture strong long-term relationships with end-users and channel partners to uncover new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support strategic campaigns that drive sales growth.

  • Attend key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and stay updated on market trends.

  • Align with regional and international teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and an optimal customer experience.

  • Execute special projects or ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team to deliver strong results.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills proficiency in additional regional languages is a distinct advantage.

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical hardware and software capabilities concisely, translating them into client-focused solutions.

  • Prior experience working within the hospitality vertical or delivering technology/security solutions in a service-focused environment is highly desirable.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from C-suite executives to on-site operational teams.

  • An analytical, practical, and pragmatic approach to solution design.

  • Skilled at producing strategic sales plans, managing sales pipelines, and consistently achieving targets.

  • Driven, curious, adaptable, and highly capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
