Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and manage community partnership opportunities for the company's local one-day tour programmes. The role will focus on engaging Community Clubs, community organisations and relevant programme coordinators to introduce suitable tour packages, especially for senior participant groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach suitable Community Clubs and community partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with CC managers and programme coordinators.
- Present suitable one-day tour packages based on participant profile and programme needs.
- Follow up on partnership discussions, proposed dates, group size and approval status.
- Coordinate confirmed tour programmes with internal guides, operations staff and service partners.
- Support programme listing, participant arrangements, attendance tracking and tour-day preparation.
- Collect feedback and maintain records for future collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, partnership management, tourism, events, sales or community engagement will be advantageous.
- Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Able to engage external stakeholders professionally.
- Organised, service-oriented and comfortable working with community groups and senior participants.
