Role & reponsibilities:
- Liaise with relevant business functions in the organization for information during preparation of operating budgets, pre-delivery budgets and tender proposals for prospective clients
- Manage and update CRM (Salesforce) on TM activities.
- Manage, update and further develop the centralised client database (existing and new) to support business development and customer management activities
- Evaluate quality, accuracy, consistency and validity of the data being collected, and work towards continuous improvement
- Assist in maintaining information database - e.g. fleet list, project list, etc.
- Ad-hoc projects, as directed
- Provide administrative assistance to Business Unit
Experience & qualifications:
- University Graduate, Degree or Diploma in Business or Maritime-related studies or any equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Familiarity with Power BI will be an advantage
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems will be an advantage, e.g. Salesforce.
