Job Description

Since 1983, we manufacture and supply high-quality hotel guest room amenities and accessories including F&B and other products to high-end hotels, restaurants, and airlines. Besides, we represent several leading quality brands in the hospitality industry. We have now grown into a global brand that helps deliver consistent concepts across multiple countries.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy with other teammates. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing client based and key decision-makers in the hospitality sector, as well as closing sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role is perfect for a person with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the hotel industry's needs or any similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

. ..New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and other hospitality-related businesses.

. ..Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

. ..Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.

. ..Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and competitor activities within the Singapore hospitality landscape.

. ..Strategic Proposals: Develop and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each client.

. ..Collaboration: Work closely with the suppliers, operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high service delivery standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. A degree is advantageous.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the hotel supplies, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
  • A strong existing network of contacts within the Singapore hotel industry will be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and work attitude.
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive, accountable and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and SAP software would be great.
  • Preferably candidate who can speak Mandarin and English.

Singapore Employment Requirements (Important):

. This position is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and holders of a valid Eligible Pass (e.g., Dependant's Pass) with relevant work rights.

. Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Singapore. We are unable to sponsor an Employment Pass (EP) for this role at this time.
