Purpose of job:
Acquire new partners and build and maintain effective relationships in order to drive sales and growth for the business.
Main Responsibilities:
. Solicitation, acquisition and retention of partners to drive sales and growth for the business
. Develop value propositions for all partners including but not limited to workshops, dealers and financial institutions
. Analyse market trends to maximise growth cost effectively and to spot both opportunities and threats to annual goals
. Gain a deep understanding of partner drivers and objections, becoming the expert in Singapore knowledge and building strategies to reflect these
. Build relationships and effective lines of communication with our partners and be the first point of engagement, contact and resolution for issues/challenges
. Develop and execute relationship frameworks to ensure effective communication, interaction and remain the partner of choice
. Collaborate and work with existing partners to drive sales targets, through ongoing active engagement, training, process improvement and to design/recommend specific sales campaigns or incentive programmes
. Monitor and consistently develop processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
. Network on behalf of Direct Asia, utilising seminars, events etc.
. Involvement in designing and developing business cases for additional or new products to launch through each partnership, including sales and profit potential
. Working together with the Heads of Business to develop marketing campaigns, strategies and resource (people and budget)
. Ensure that partnership sales processes are compliant with appropriate legal rules and regulation
. Other related duties/projects as assigned

. Proven Track record in being able to drive sales results through 3rd parties/partners
. Necessary Insurance Certificates
. Knowledge of local motor and personal lines market
