MOVE FORWARD WITH US

What you will be doing:

  • Business Development and account management for Mining and Dewatering Segment for Southeast Asia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan.
  • Lead the sales and business development initiatives to establish FE in the mining and dewatering segments in Southeast Asia.
  • Build mutually profitable and lasting relationships with wholesaler, distributor, OEM or end user.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategy for each product/segment and its implementation.
  • Create local service center and local fabrication of skid and based frame for Mining products
  • Train and motivate customers on new product lines to get more products through channel.
  • Conduct market research including segmentation, volumes, competitive analysis, and distribution/sales channels.
  • Seeks new customer opportunities while maintaining current customer relationships.
  • Provides input to assist product development teams in growing sales and profitability while addressing customers&apos needs and opportunities.

What you need:

  • College / University graduate
  • Minimum 10 years in relevant sales, business development or marketing experience
  • Previous experience mining, dewatering industry required. Experience in pumps a plus.
  • Proficiency in English. Additional language skills an advantage.
  • Team player and able to work with all types of people and levels of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, persuasive, independent, proactive and outgoing personality.
  • Willing and able to travel (40% - 50%).
  • Computer skills.
  • Located in any Southeast Asia country / Home or office based (depending on location).
