Relationship Manager (Fundraising) – Asset Management

Job Description

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract capital from institutional and private investors.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with family offices, private banks, UHNWIs, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and endowments.
• Structure and negotiate fundraising agreements, ensuring alignment with investor mandates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Serve as the primary contact for investors, addressing inquiries on fund performance, market outlook, and investment strategies.
• Provide ongoing updates and market insights to clients to foster trust and confidence in the firm's offerings.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new fundraising opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance) to develop tailored investment solutions for clients.
• Support the structuring of new fund vehicles based on investor demand and market conditions.
• Work with legal and compliance teams on investor due diligence, KYC/AML, and fund documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and fundraising progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, private banking, or asset management.
• Strong track record in raising capital for funds, especially in private equity, hedge funds, real estate, or alternative investments.
• Extensive network in institutional investment and wealth management sectors.
• Deep understanding of fund structures, investment strategies, and capital markets.
