The client is an international professional services firm with global presences across more than 10 countries. There is a newly created team contributor corporate secretarial role to work alongside a lean team to manage a very stable portfolio of long-term clients.
Responsibilities
You will play an active role liaising with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure queries are addressed in a timely manner. As part of a lean team, you will gain exposure in advisory work and high visibility to stakeholders.
Some of the clients would hold shareholder meetings which would enable you to do pre, during and post meeting preparatio including some minutes taking.
Requirements
Candidates with working knowledge managing fund, trust, investment holding type clients will be favoured. CSIS Qualification or in progress towards completion is ideal. Someone who is genuinely interested in keeping abreast of Singapore's corporate governance and compliance regulations will be more successful in this role.
