RIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Work closely with business user in business process improvement to align with business and project objectives and bridge the gaps between business users and technical solution team.
. Prepare documentation to cover business processes, workflows, or business requirements and work
with stakeholders to obtain sign off.
. Work alongside team leads and Project Manager to align overall technical and business direction, bridge requirements and articulate technical constraints with Business users.
. Facilitate discussions or workshops with users, vendors such as requirement workshops, gap analysis, test planning and deployment planning.
. Work closely with vendors and development teams to ensure the right implementation of IT solutions to meet the business needs.
. Give regular updates to project manager / delivery manager.
. To create test cases and get acceptance with business users on all Test Plan.
. Manage and perform functional testing of systems before release to business users for acceptance testing.
. Work with test automation team on automating testing, validating test results and working with developers on fixes, prior to every production release.
. Manage users for adhoc / urgent change requests.
Experience
. Min 3-5 years of experience in the role of Business analyst in insurance domain analytical work.
. Experience with Distribution Channels Support, Compensation & Sales Targets & Performance Management, would be an advantage.
. Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining/mapping, transformation.
. Proven track records of successful implementation of projects.
. Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously.
