About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, mid-level Business Analyst who thrives in complex, cross-functional, and data-driven environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys unpacking business problems, driving clarity, and supporting endtoend improvement initiatives.
You will analyse business processes, systems, and data flows to uncover gaps and improvement opportunities. Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams, you will help shape requirements, streamline processes, and support effective delivery of initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, clarify problem statements, and align on business outcomes.
- Use strong analytical and communication skills to facilitate discussions across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, system interactions, and data flows.
- Partner with business leads, data teams, and engineers to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Apply an understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows to support enhancement and transformation initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of Business Analyst experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Background in consulting, advisory, or stakeholder-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong capability in process analysis, workflow mapping, and requirements documentation.
- Experience defining business, functional, and data requirements with clear traceability.
- Comfortable working with data-driven use cases, reporting needs, and analytics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and technical teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Proactive, selfdriven, and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
