Role:
- We are hiring a business analyst with Agile experience to support large-scale, mission-critical IT systems in Singapore:
- 80% Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership
- 20% Scrum Facilitation & Agile Delivery Support
- You will work across business users, architects, developers, and system integrators to ensure requirements are clear, traceable, and aligned before development beginsreducing ambiguity and rework in a structured public-sector environment.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership (Primary Focus):
- Lead structured requirement workshops with government stakeholders and vendors.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Produce high-quality artefacts (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mappings).
- Maintain requirements traceability from business case through to testing.
- Manage requirement changes within governance and change control frameworks.
- Review solution designs to ensure alignment with approved requirements.
- Support SIT/UAT planning, test validation, defect triage, and production readiness.
Agile Delivery Support (Secondary Focus):
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure backlog items are well-defined before sprint commitments.
- Monitor sprint progress and highlight delivery risks early.
- Support integration milestones and release planning.
Required Skills:
- 58 years of IT delivery experience.
- 3 years as a business analyst in large-scale IT systems.
- 2 years working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong experience in requirements documentation (BRD/FRD/process flows).
- Hands-on involvement in SIT/UAT and production rollout activities.
- Experience working with system integrators and multi-vendor environments.
