We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing data, and providing strategic solutions to help improve processes and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand project goals.
  • Identify and document business processes, and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for business strategy.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Support the implementation of business solutions by providing necessary documentation and training.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Identify risks and issues related to business processes and suggest mitigations or solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions to improve business operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (at least 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, flowcharts, use cases).
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
