We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand project goals.
- Identify and document business processes, and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for business strategy.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Support the implementation of business solutions by providing necessary documentation and training.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Identify risks and issues related to business processes and suggest mitigations or solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions to improve business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (at least 2 years).
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, flowcharts, use cases).
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
