Key Responsibilities
- Own competitor research by analyzing on-chain trading data to uncover competitors user profiles and behavioral patterns, enabling Growth Marketing to design more precise and effective targeted campaigns.
- Analyze Aster user trading behavior, identify key user segments and behavioral archetypes, and present actionable insights to Growth, Product, and Leadership.
- Define and maintain core business metrics including but not limited to, active traders, retention & churn, revenue & incentives efficiency, campaign ROI.
- Build dashboards that are decision-ready, not just visually nice.
- Evaluate performance of growth initiatives and assist in campaign design to ensure a positive ROI.
- Work closely with Growth Marketing on campaign design and evaluation, Product on feature impact analysis, and Leadership on weekly/monthly performance reviews.
- Translate data into clear narratives that non-technical teams understand.
Requirements
Must-have
. 3+ years experience in business analysis, data analysis, or growth analytics.
. Hands-on experience with on-chain data analysis (e.g. Dune, Flipside, Footprint, custom SQL pipelines).
. Strong SQL skills and ability to work directly with raw blockchain data.
. Solid understanding of trading behavior (perps, leverage, frequency, holding time, incentives).
. Strong logical thinking and ability to explain insights in simple, actionable terms.
Nice-to-have
. Familiarity with perp DEXs or derivatives products.
. Hands-on trading experience.
. Basic Python or data modeling experience.
.Experience supporting campaign analysis or user segmentation in a growth team.
