BIM Manager(Construction Project)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage all BIM-related activities for our construction project. The BIM Manager will oversee BIM coordination, ensure model quality, and manage a team of BIM Coordinators to support project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM implementation across the project
- Supervise and guide BIM Coordinators and modelers
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows and procedures
- Oversee development and coordination of BIM models (Civil, Structural, M&E)
- Conduct and review clash detection using tools such as Navisworks
- Coordinate with design, engineering and construction teams to resolve model conflicts
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and authority standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders on BIM-related matters
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings
- Monitor BIM progress and report to project management
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5-8 years of BIM experience in construction projects
- Experience in leading BIM teams or managing BIM Coordinators
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Strong experience in clash detection and model coordination
- Familiar with BIM standards and implementation processes
- Experience in infrastructure / tunnel / large-scale projects preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
