about the job
- Lead the electrical engineering design function within an EPC/EPCM framework, bridging the gap between conceptual design and on-site execution
- Ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems with fire and mechanical services
- Direct the BIM/Revit coordination process to ensure clash-free digital models prior to site mobilization
- Conduct Value Engineering (VE) on consultant designs to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance constructability without compromising performance or safety
- Manage and guide the electrical design team in developing and reviewing technical specifications, layout drawings, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects
- Review and approve Material Submission Forms (MSF) and shop drawings
requirement
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Min 8 years of experience in electrical design from a consultancy background
- A deep understanding of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) integration, UPS systems, standby generators, and HT/LT power distribution
- Holding an EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7/8 (Technician/Engineer) certification or being a Chartered/Professional Engineer (PE) is highly advantageous
