Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Admissions team to meet enrollment targets and deliver high-quality service.

• Foster a positive and high-performance team culture.

• Set team goals, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to ensure excellence and consistency in admissions practices.

Admissions Strategy & Enrolment Management

• Develop and execute admissions strategies to drive student recruitment across all school levels.

• Oversee and refine the admissions workflow for efficiency, accuracy, and policy compliance.

• Analyse admissions data, market trends, and conversion metrics to optimise the enrolment pipeline.

Relationship Building & Sales Management

• Serve as the primary school representative to prospective families, offering a professional and engaging admissions experience.

• Apply a sales-focused approach to guide families through the decision and enrolment process.

• Build strong relationships with families and articulate the school's value proposition effectively.

Oversight of the Admissions Process

• Oversee the complete admissions cycle from inquiry to onboarding.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with school standards.

• Coordinate student assessments, interviews, and placement decisions.

Admissions Events & Community Engagement

• Lead the planning and execution of admissions events such as open houses, tours, orientations, and outreach initiatives.

• Represent the school at fairs, conferences, and community events to enhance brand visibility.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate admissions records within the admissions system or CRM.

• Track and report statistics, conversion rates, and enrolment trends to senior leadership.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing to align messaging and promotional strategies with admissions goals.

• Collaborate with academic teams on assessments, placement, and admissions alignment.

• Work with Finance, Administration, and other departments to support smooth enrolment and onboarding.

Brand Ambassadorship & School Representation

• Champion the school's mission and values to prospective families and external stakeholders.

• Ensure the admissions team consistently delivers a positive and professional school image.
