We are looking for a motivated and passionate Barista to join our team at The Living Cafe! If you enjoy working with coffee and leading a team in a vibrant, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth service and excellent customer experience
- Supervise and guide the cafe team to maintain high service standards
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to cafe standards
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the cafe area, equipment, and inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage cash register and ensure accurate daily sales reporting
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering supplies
Requirements:
- No Quota Available at the moment
- Barista experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for high-quality coffee and delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work within operating hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), including weekends and public holidays
