Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring high-quality service in hair, beauty, and grooming treatments.
• Supervise, support, and motivate salon staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow to maintain efficiency.
• Set sales and performance targets and monitor team achievements.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a salon manager or in a similar supervisory role in the beauty industry.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic financial management and record-keeping knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and services.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays if required.
