WAITER SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise service staff and coordinate daily operations
• Ensure service standards and customer satisfaction
• Take orders and serve food when required
• Assist in staff training and scheduling
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
• Support cleaning and basic operational duties

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Responsible and able to work independently
