21st Century Beauty Spa is an established facial and beauty spa with two outlets in Singapore - Beauty World Plaza (Bukit Timah) and Ang Mo Kio. We have been serving our customers for many years and are known for personalised, high-quality facial and beauty treatments. We are a close-knit team and we take care of our people well.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Beauty Therapist to join our Bukit Timah (Beauty World Plaza) team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced therapists who want a stable role with strong earning potential through our commission structure.
What You Will Do
- Perform facial and beauty treatments on customers professionally and with care
- Advise customers on suitable treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Build strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat visits and package renewals
- Sell and recommend products and packages based on customer needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and equipment at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day outlet operations as needed
Salary & Commission
Commission is earned on top of basic salary from Day 1
Realistic monthly take-home: $2,200 - $2,700 for a confirmed therapist on an average performing month.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 11:30am - 8:30pm
- Saturday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
- Sunday: Closed (except first Sunday of each month, 11:00am - 6:00pm - Off-In-Lieu given)
- Public Holidays: 11:00am - 6:00pm (Off-In-Lieu given)
- 6 working days per week

Requirements
- Qualification in beauty therapy - WSQ, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent accepted
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - no minimum experience required
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a genuine team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Able to commit to the working schedule including Saturdays and selected Sundays and Public Holidays
