Job Description:

  • Assist the Project manager in all on-site technical/engineering matters.
  • Plan, lead and execute projects safely, efficiently and within the stipulated timeline.
  • Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, Method of Statements (MOS) and project progress reports as required by clients and consultants.
  • Supervise and monitor projects to ensure compliance with company's operating procedure, quality standards and contractual specifications.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and budget, and report regularly to the Project Manager on status, risks, and issues that may impact project schedule or costs.
  • Provide support in tender preparation and carry out other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or equivalent qualification recognized by IES/BCA.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in building engineering with local experience in structural steel works and/ or the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on site experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project/ design software such as Tekla/Revit/AutoCAD.
  • A team player with positive working attitude and good communication skills.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.30pm
Saturday - 8.00am to 12.00pm
