Sales Executive & Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans

- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business

- Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings

- Work effectively with internal stakeholders & external vendor to achieve business goals

- To understand the material costing for printing, carpentery and signages

- To understand the operation of printers, summa cutter, CCD CNC & Oscillating machine and CCD Laser cutter

- To understand the labour cost for production

- To attend briefing/meeting and site measurements for production for the projects undertaking

- To ensure the production of the projects undertaking

- To ensure the installation and delivery of the projects undertaking.

Requirements :

- Diploma or Degree in any field

- At least 2 or 3 years of corporate sales experience/ project management
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills
- Passion for relationship building and selling
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Customer service- orientated attitude
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.
