Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement.
- Develop detailed workstream plans by gathering requirements, allocating resources, and consulting stakeholders to define clear deliverables.
- Monitor project performance against scope, KPIs, budget, schedule, and risks, and obtain approvals for any deviations to maintain project alignment.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support project close-out activities by conducting post-implementation reviews, documenting lessons learnt, and preparing comprehensive handover materials.
- Demonstrate adaptability by performing additional duties as assigned to support project and organisational goals.
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma in Chemical or any Engineering discipline or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar project coordination or engineering role
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Valid Class 3 driving licence (advantageous for site visits and project logistics)
- Proficient in MS Office applications to support project documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently with resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders
- Collaborative team player committed to delivering results with assertiveness and accountability
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5.5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Must be willing to work in the West region of Singapore.
